IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT THIS STORE

The Talkom AI Demo Store operates as a functional ecommerce storefront and also serves as a demonstration environment for Talkom AI.
The shipping rules below reflect standard ecommerce practices and may be used by Talkom AI to answer customer shipping-related questions accurately.


ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed. In such cases, we will notify you by email.


SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently ship to:

  • European Union countries

  • United States

If your country is not available at checkout, shipping to that destination is currently not supported.


ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times are estimates and begin once the order has been shipped, not when it is placed.

European Union

  • Standard delivery: 3–7 business days

  • Express delivery: 1–3 business days

United States

  • Standard delivery: 7–14 business days

  • Express delivery: 3–5 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.

Pickup Points

Parcel Lockers / Delivery Boxes

  • Automated lockers where available

  • Access via pickup code or carrier notification

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Selected shipping method

  • Order size and weight

Typical Shipping Prices

European Union

  • Standard delivery: €5.90 – €9.90

  • Express delivery: €12.90 – €19.90

United States

  • Standard delivery: $9.90 – $14.90

  • Express delivery: $19.90 – $29.90

Shipping fees are non-refundable except where required by law.


CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost unless explicitly stated at checkout.


ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information where available.

Tracking updates depend on the carrier and shipping method selected.


SHIPPING DELAYS

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost:

  • Provide your order number and relevant details

We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.


INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information.


DEMO ENVIRONMENT DISCLOSURE

As part of its role as a Talkom AI demo environment, shipping flows, delivery estimates, and carrier options may occasionally be used for testing, demonstration, or AI training purposes.
However, the policies above reflect real-world ecommerce standards and are applied consistently unless otherwise stated.
